Send your booking request and we authorise your card: the money is reserved, not taken. The partner accepts within 24 hours, and only then are you charged.

When you send a booking request we authorise your card, so the money is reserved rather than taken. It is only charged once the partner accepts. Most reply within 24 hours; if their diary is connected through Bookable, the booking is confirmed straight away.

Browse experiencesMost team bookings are confirmed a few weeks ahead, and the busiest dates go first. Shortlist early, then send your request as soon as you know the date: the partner has 24 hours to accept it.
Bookings are paid by card on the platform: your card is authorised when you send the request and charged when the partner accepts. If your finance team needs an invoice, get in touch before you book and we will tell you what we can do.
Tell us your team size when you search so every option fits, then give your partner the final headcount before the event.
It is the same on every experience. Cancel seven or more days before the event and the partner’s share is refunded in full. Between three and seven days you get 50% of it back. Inside three days there is no refund, and our 10% platform fee is non-refundable once the partner has accepted.
