Cookie policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, do the same kind of job. This policy covers both.

Some cookies are needed for a site to work. Others measure how people use it, or show advertising. This policy explains which ones Cultura Club uses today.

2. Cookies we use today

The cookies and local storage below are strictly necessary. They keep the site working and safe, and we do not need your consent to set them. Analytics cookies are separate and covered in section 3.

  • Sign-in and session (strictly necessary): keeps you signed in while you use your account. Duration: until you sign out, or until your session ends.
  • Basket and booking (strictly necessary): remembers the experiences you are booking and the details you have entered before you submit a request. Duration: while you are booking.
  • Language and locale (strictly necessary): remembers the language and region you chose, so pages load in the right language. Duration: until you change it or clear your browser.
  • Security (strictly necessary): helps us detect and prevent abuse, spam and fraud. Duration: the session, or a short period afterwards.

The table above describes each category by what it does rather than by individual cookie name, because names change as the site is updated. The categories are the stable description.

3. Analytics and marketing cookies

If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to measure visits and which pages are useful, with IP anonymisation switched on. It sets cookies beginning _ga, which last up to two years. Marketing and advertising cookies are not in use.

Analytics cookies are set only after you accept. Refusing will not stop you using the site or booking an experience. To change your mind, use Cookie settings in the footer, or delete the cookies in your browser.

4. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every browser is different, and your browser’s help pages will show you how.

If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site may stop working. You may not be able to sign in or complete a booking.

You can also clear local storage from your browser settings.

5. Cookies and your privacy

Cookies can involve personal information, such as your IP address or a session identifier. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle that information, what rights you have, and how to contact us.

6. Contact

If you have a question about cookies or this policy, email hello@cultura-club.com.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. If we start using new cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
